Requirements for a valid return:
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
For which reasons can I return an item?
You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

Item provided is not as ordered
Return Policy
We will accept returns for items purchased and delivered from our stores for any defective or incorrect items only, such return shall not include discounted items or items that has been damaged or soiled through customer’s neglect.
To make a return, simply return the item to our store at the postal address of 22, (G Floor & 1st Floor) Jalan LJ5, Taman Industri Lembah Jaya, 68000 Ampang, Selangor where the same item was purchased together with its purchase receipt(s)/delivery order the same day or the following day from the date or delivery. Please note that the said items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tag intact (if any).
We will bear for postage fees or cost of transportation.
We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy at any time without prior notice.
